This ensures seamless integration, security, and data synchronisation, therefore reducing the time and effort required to implement new features.

The Add-On Store includes both public and private add-ons. Public add-ons are accessible to all customers and partners after being reviewed by Ivalua, while private add-ons are unique configurations stored by Ivalua or its partners for use on specific projects. Each add-on is an extensible option that complements the standard functionality of Ivalua’s platform. They serve as implementation accelerators, allowing companies to swiftly adapt to new business requirements without the need for extensive coding or external tools.

At TSM, we have embraced the opportunity presented by the Add-On Store and in-house developed four unique add-ons that have been validated and approved by Ivalua. These add-ons are designed to address specific business needs, enhance the functionality of the Ivalua platform, and streamline key processes for our clients:

  1. Companies House – Supplier Validation
    This add-on integrates with Companies House to validate supplier data. It automatically cross-references the supplier’s information with official Companies House records, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Any discrepancies found are promptly updated in the supplier record within the Ivalua platform.
  2. SCIM User Provision
    Designed to simplify user management, this add-on enables seamless integration for querying, creating, updating, and deleting user configurations within the Ivalua platform via API. All requests are securely handled using OAuth2 authorisation, with data exchanged in JSON format.
  3. Oanda Currency Conversion Rates Interface
    This add-on facilitates real-time currency conversion by pulling exchange rates directly from Oanda and updating them within Ivalua. This ensures that financial transactions are always based on the most current exchange rates, reducing the risk of discrepancies.
  4. D&B (IndueD) Interface
    This add-on enhances supplier risk management by validating Duns & Bradstreet scores using IndueD APIs. It automatically updates supplier records in Ivalua with the latest risk assessments, enabling businesses to make informed decisions about their supplier relationships.
